Hi, my name is Tom. I’m here to help you solve your computer problems for your home and business.

I have had a great passion with computers ever since I was a little kid in 1995 and have gone way beyond what people learn in text books at school. Everything I’ve learned is self-taught and I’m also a CompTIA A+ Certified Technician.

My prices are very reasonable and competitive for my skill level, and I charge a flat rate for all my services so you don’t get charged by the hour and get caught wasting your money on an inexperienced technician. If you are looking for the highest quality tech services for an “average going” price, then I’m the person you are searching for.

I usually provide same day turnaround time within 24 hours, so you can get your machine back on the same day or next morning. I also do onsite services within San Francisco but onsite prices are double because of dedicated time versus shared time. When I travel onsite to help you, I cannot help my other customers who drop-off computers, so it’s less productive for me to go onsite which is why the price is doubled.
