Hi, my name is Tom. I’m here to help you solve your computer problems for your home and business.

I have great passion with computers ever since I was a little kid in 1995, I have gone beyond what people learn in text book from school. Everything I’ve learn is self taught and I’m CompTIA A+ Certified Technician.

My price is very reasonable and competitive for my skill level, and I charge a flatrate for all my services so you don’t get charge by the hour and waste your money on inexperienced technician. If you are looking for high quality tech services for average going price, then I’m the person you are looking for.

I usually have same day turn around time within 24 hours, so you can get your machine back on the same day or next morning. I also do onsite services within San Francisco but onsite price is double because of dedicated time vs shared time. When I go onsite to help you, I can not help my other customers who drop stuff off, so it’s less productive for me to go onsite which is why the price is doubled.
